MEET THE FOUNDER
Ali Tucker, MSN, APRN, AGPC-NP, SLP
Ali Tucker is a nationally certified, fellowship-trained Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of experience specializing in dermatology, anti-aging, and aesthetic medicine. She provides consultation and treatment for all your aesthetic needs including fine lines, wrinkles, volume loss, facial balancing, and more. She takes pride in providing the highest quality of care and is known for her gentle touch and subtle, natural-looking results.
Ali is also a U.S. Army Veteran that served as a medic and prepared troops for deployment prior to starting her nursing career. Ms. Tucker has held several other positions in her nursing career including neurosurgery, cardiovascular surgery and cosmetic surgery. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, graduated magna cum laude with a master’s degree in Adult Gerontology Primary Care and also holds a surgical first assistant certification.
Ali's commitment to excellence is evidenced in her approach to aesthetics —favoring natural results over dramatic change. This is a direct reflection of her philosophy that the best cosmetic outcomes are those that preserve and celebrate the individual's unique features.

Karina Armenta - Office Manager
Karina Armenta is one of our Patient Care Coordinators and our Office Manager at Unfiltered Beauty MedSpa. She has been part of the aesthetics industry since 2017, bringing experience in front desk operations, medical interpreting, and medspa administration. With her own personal experience in aesthetic treatments, Karina offers both professionalism and a deep understanding of client’s needs. She’s known for her warm customer service and dedicated support to both clients and staff.
Outside of work, Karina loves spending time with her family. Whether she’s shopping with her 12-year-old daughter and catching up on middle school drama, cheering on her 10-year-old son at soccer games, or chasing after her energetic 2-year-old boy, she’s always on the move — often with the help of her husband and parents. Karina looks forward to welcoming all new and returning clients to Unfiltered Beauty with warmth and care.

Carli Wakefield - Aesthetic Nurse
Carli Wakefield, Aesthetic Nurse, comes to our practice with extensive clinical experience and specialized training in laser treatments, RF microneedling, PRP facials, chemical peels and skin care products.
She is a Licensed Practical Nurse, Esthetician, certified Laser Practitioner and carries a diverse background ranging from Military Combat Medics and Surgical Intensive Care to Orthopedics and Med Spa Management.
Carli is skilled in a full range of aesthetic services, including Morpheus8, TCA chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, IPL(light therapy) and laser hair removal. We are excited to have such an energetic and positive-minded addition to our staff, and we are confident that Carli’s outstanding credentials and extensive medical experience will greatly benefit our patients.
